One thing you always must realize, is that life is unfair. Most of us will watch our richest friends and enemies win the lottery. Our ex-boyfriends and ex-girlfriends find a more secure lover. Witness someone who completely slacks off in school get grants and go to Harvard, while you’ve busted your ass and can’t even dream of affording it. This is how life goes. Luckily through art, the organic muse that some humans are naturally compelled to create, can tell us how other people who are just as screwed as we are, feel the same way. Have you ever felt you had to do something twice as hard as someone else, to get a lesser or same result? If you have, I’m with you. It’s absolutely infuriating to think that after all I’ve been through, all I’ve worked for, all I’ve endured, some people can just get everything I’ve killed myself for in the snap of a finger.
For my blog followers, I will say this. I know that it seems like I am down a lot of the time, judging by my Twitter and this page. This is not true, I use writing (my blog) as a way to vent my frustrations and showcase my interests. I realize by allowing you to read this page you can see my opinions, but I would rather be real than just happy all the time. So if you are annoyed by my venting process I apologize, but my blogging habits will remain as they have been, with no argument necessary.
Love,
Mike
